In the first phase of 135000 tons/year barium salt production workshop, high-purity barium sulfate, precipitated barium sulfate, sodium sulfide three production lines "fire", workers are in each production line orderly production, bagging, binding, loading ...... It is understood that Guizhou Yufulong Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Shuanglong Industrial Park, Niuchang Town, Fuquan City in 2019, and the project is divided into three phases. Among them, the first phase of the 135000-ton barium salt project was completed and put into operation in October 2022, the second phase of the 25000-ton zinc salt project is planned to be completed and put into operation in June 2023, and the third phase of the project is under preparation.

 

"Zinc salt is the main, barium salt is the auxiliary". At present, the second phase of the company's project is undergoing equipment installation and is expected to be in production by the end of June. As a supplement to the first phase of the project, the second phase of the production line will continue to increase the comprehensive utilization of sodium sulfate and vigorously develop zinc salt processing. Through product diversification and zinc-barium co-production, the recycling of sodium sulfate and the extension of the industrial chain will be realized, and the products will be improved. Added value, effectively reduce production costs, and maximize project benefits.

Zinc sulfide is produced by the reaction of sodium chloride and zinc sulfate, a by-product of the first phase of the project. Sodium sulfate is returned to produce barium sulfate. This is a recycling and a circular economy. The by-product of the first phase becomes the raw material of the second phase, and then the second phase."

It is reported that the precipitated barium sulfate, low-iron sodium sulfide, high-purity barium sulfate and other products produced by the company are widely used in paints, coatings, plastics, cosmetics, ceramics, glass and other fields. The market demand is large and the products are in short supply. After the third phase of the project is fully completed and put into production, it will form a production scale with an annual output value of more than 20 billion yuan, solve nearly 1,000 local jobs, and become a global leader in the barium chemical industry.

Barite accounts for more than 60% of the barite reserves in the whole country. Therefore, our factory in Guizhou is also based on the advantages of heavy metal resources in Guizhou. At present, we have done the most in terms of output in China. Before it was put into production, Shenzhou Jiaxin produced 90000 per year, now we are the second factory built here by the boss of Shenzhou Jiaxin. The barium sulfate production capacity on both sides accounts for more than 20% of the national production capacity."
