At the project construction site of Guizhou Yufulong Technology Co., Ltd., the reporter saw that the main project of the first phase of the barite intensive processing new product development and production project has been fully completed, and the boiler system, dust removal system, steam turbine unit, waste heat generator unit and other large-scale production The equipment has been installed, and the fuel and raw materials required for trial production are ready, the workers' gate is carrying out the installation of process pipelines, electrical instruments, fire temperature monitoring equipment, civil engineering, greening, cleaning and other finishing work. The project construction site is busy.

"The first phase of the project is from April 2020 to start civil construction, in order to ensure that the project can be put into operation smoothly, under the guidance of the municipal government and the coordination of relevant departments, the water and electricity problems have now been basically solved. In addition, we have also increased the manpower, currently settled in a total of more than a dozen construction units, construction personnel close to 500 people, to seize the progress, to ensure that the end of this month can achieve trial production." It is understood that Guizhou Yufulong Technology Co., Ltd. is a key investment attraction enterprise in Fuquan City. The first phase of barite intensive processing new product development and production project includes 9 production lines including 60000 tons/year precipitated barium sulfate production unit and 10000 tons/year crystallized barium sulfide production unit. The whole project covers an area of 379 mu with a total investment of 0.609 billion billion yuan. After the project is put into production, it will become the main barium salt processing base in Fuquan City. In addition to the first phase of the project to be put into production, at present, the civil construction of the 25000-ton/year zinc salt production project of Yufulong Phase II has been completed, the procurement of stereotyped equipment is in progress, and the trial production conditions are expected to be reached by the end of the year.

Yang Yunhai said: "The zinc salt project and the barite processing project are a circular economy, and the second phase of the project relies on sodium sulfide, a by-product of the first phase of the project, as a raw material for zinc sulfide, while the by-product sodium sulfate is returned to the first phase as a raw material for the production of barium sulfate to achieve recycling. It can effectively reduce production costs and maximize project benefits."
